Premiership clubs should stop “bleating” about the unfairness of a rising salary cap and instead focus on running their businesses more effectively, says Exeter Chiefs boss Rob Baxter.
The Exeter director of rugby says spending up to the cap is not obligatory for any side and that clubs should cut their cloth according to their revenue, as his side have done since being promoted in 2010.
