Sale Sharks’ Josh Beaumont is full of beans again thanks to the coffee-making skills of rehab partner Manu Tuilagi.
The combination of a bad knee injury and then a hamstring tear kept Beaumont out for the entire 2021/22 campaign.
And the 30-year-old admits it was tough going but the support of his wife and family and people like Tuilagi at the club helped to keep his spirits up on the long road back to full fitness.
