Moroni joins Falcons from Tigers

Leicester Tigers’ Premiership winning centre Matias Moroni has signed for Newcastle Falcons, agreeing a two-year deal to move to Kingston Park.
Moroni, 31, started in the Premiership final, leaving Leicester after two years at Welford Road.
He has earned 57 caps for Argentina, and prior to his time at Tigers played 47 times for the country’s now-disbanded Super Rugby team Jaguares, and has been selected for Scotland’s tour their next month.
