BRISTOL D oR Pat Lam was proud that his sixtry Bears played without fear. 
He said: “Well done to the boys, they enjoyed their rugby tonight and had no fear. We turned over far too much ball in the season, but the team’s remained tight.
“We went 14-7 and we talked at half-time, it’s going to go to the wire, it always does against these guys. When you play a team that really need to win, that’s what makes it special. They had every reason to play so we had to be at our best and we were.
“I thought it was a harsh call, the yellow card on Jack Bates, and we’ve had a lot of those.
