EXETER are preparing for three knock-out matches in their last three Premiership rounds, knowing that one defeat could deliver a fatal blow to their bid to make the play-off final for the seventh successive season.
The Chiefs currently occupy fourth place in the table, but they are not in control of their own destiny having played a match more than the other clubs in the top five and two more than Gloucester who are seven points below them in seventh and are set to be awarded at least four points for their cancelled game against Worcester two rounds ago.
