BATH are looking to add another hooker to their squad for the new season, which could allow centre Josh Matavesi to make a move to Japan’s Rugby League One.
The Camborne-born Fijian international utility back appears on the shopping list of a couple of Japanese clubs but has another season left on his deal at The Rec.
Matavesi, 30, who was signed as a replacement for Jamie Roberts in January 2020, started his career at Exeter, then played for Racing Metro, Worcester Warriors, the Ospreys and Newcastle Falcons.
