Argentina U20s star Mateo Carreras set to sign for Newcastle Falcons

NEWCASTLE FALCONS are about to sign Argentinean Sevens winger Mateo Carreras.
Carreras, who also plays for the Jaguares, has been released from a four-year deal that he signed with the Argentinian Union in 2019 to make the move to the North East. Dean Richards will now turn his attentions to signing Jaguares flanker Santiago Grondona, 22.
Carreras was named in The Rugby Paper's Team of the Tournament at the U20 World Championships last year in Argentina.
