Solomons slams his ‘ridiculous’ defence

WORCESTER’S Alan Solomons raged at his team’s faulty defence after their fifth successive defeat in the Premiership.
“It was ridiculous,” fumed Solomons about the 33rd-minute incident which saw Leicester scrum-half Ben White steal possession at the back of a Worcester ruck.
White’s kick ahead ended in Jordan Olowofela touching down but Solomons felt his team had handed Leicester the chance.
“We gifted them that try because there was no one at halfback to clear the ball away. It was ridiculous,” he said.
