AMBITIOUS No.8 Tom Lawday has revealed how silver-tongued Harlequins boss Paul Gustard persuaded him to complete a shock summer move from Exeter.
Opting to leave Devon’s four-time Premiership finalists might seem an odd career choice to some, but the ball-carrying powerhouse says Gustard’s drive, allied to Harlequins’ more free-running style, were deciding factors in the end.
