WORCESTER fans enjoyed a great day in the sun as their side put a youthful Leicester team to the sword at Sixways.
It was a scintillating start to the season for Warriors who scored four tries in each half and landed all but one of their kicks at goals.
Warriors led 31-13 at half-time courtesy of scores from Perry Humphreys, Isaac Miller, Caleb Montgomery and Alex Hearle.
And they refused to hold back in the second half with Ashley Beck, Farai Mudariki and Jamie Shillcock going over while a penalty try added to Tigers’ woes.
