Sharks show their bite with six tries against the Cup holders

A STRONG Sale side got their season off to a winning start with a comfortable win against holders Northampton.
A penalty try and an opening effort from Simon Hammersley, on his debut, put Sale in command at the break.
And the Sharks showed extra bite as they scored four more, through Rohan Janse van Rensburg, Chris Ashton, Akker van der Merwe and Hammersley to bag the bonus point.
Lock Alex Coles scored late for Northampton, but it was nowhere near enough as Sale sealed the victory.
