ANTHONY Watson’s return was a rare positive for Bath.
After 13 months out following Achilles surgery, the England wing showed no ill-effects, carrying 11 times for 53 metres.
“He played really well and it was a good performance from him”, said boss Todd Blackadder.
That aside, it was a shocking evening for the visitors. Blackadder said: “It’s really frustrating. We’re not doing the basics well enough and you’re never going to win games if your discipline isn’t right.
“There’s no way we can be proud of that.”
