PAUL Gustard describes his ideal Harlequin as being “tough, tenacious, resilient and someone who has fun”.
But the head of rugby knows full well they will also need to continue to be brave and bold if they are to fulfil the ambition of a first Premiership play-off spot in five years.
Gustard has fully justified leaping from a World Cup-bound England ship onto the Quins bridge last summer, having led the London club’s league resurgence to a clear third place in the table and a European quarter-final.
