EXETER Chiefs kept their hopes of a Cup semi-final alive after a penalty try ten minutes from time saw them snatch a twopoint victory at Ashton Gate for the second time this season.
Greg Holmes’ fifthminute try was the only score of a tightly-contested first-half, but Bristol wing Ryan Edwards finished a well-worked set-piece move just one minute into the second period to edge Pat Lam’s side into the lead.
