REFEREEIan Tempest handled the mayhem brilliantly but Bath boss Todd Blackadder was bemused.
He said: “To be penalised off the park and be down to 11 at the end, I’ve never seen anything like it.
“Some penalties were deserved, but others I’m not sure. Having said that, at 19-3 in front our attack was far too static in the second half.”
Blackadder had no complaints with Batty’s red card, adding: “If it was definitely as dangerous as it sounds, no problem at all.”

Worcester’s win eased their relegation worries.
