HARLEQUINS supremo Paul Gustard was satisfied with the defensive display despite Andrew Davidson’s try for Newcastle in the final ten minutes denying Quins a clean sheet.
“I thought our defence was excellent up until the last 15 minutes or so when we started to get fatigued,” said Gustard.
“For the most part we defended well and our lineout showed some improvements – it wasn’t perfect and I thought our scrum was 50/50, so there are things we need to question.
