HARVEY SKINNER aims to lay down a marker by proving he is a viable candidate to replace club legend Gareth Steenson when Exeter’s ace playmaker eventually retires.
Academy product Skinner, 21, has a chance to impress in the coveted No.10 jersey at Newcastle today after spending the first chunk of the season at Cornish Pirates.
