THIS was about honouring Rob Horne and both sides delivered in terms of endeavour, even though they were less flash when it came to wet weather skills.
Saints will be kicking themselves they did not capitalise by turning pressure into points at Twickenham in the way Leicester did, but both clubs were true to the combative spirit of this East Midlands derby as they slugged it out with the character and commitment that are Horne’s hallmarks.
