Slade ready to pledge his future to the Chiefs

HENRY SLADE could become the next big name Exeter Chiefs player to pledge his future to the Premiership finalists.
Last week I reported that Jack Nowell and the Simmonds brothers, Sam and Joe, were poised to put pen to paper on new deals with the club.
Slade, below, is out of contract at the end of the season and has in the past been a transfer target for West Country rivals Bath who wanted to buy him out of his contract.
But Blindside understands that the 25-year-old England, international who hails from Plymouth, is making good progress in his talks with the club.
