Ref Sara is on the up

SARA COX, below, is being tipped by many observers to become the first female to referee in the Premiership before the end of this season.
Last season the 27- year-old became the first female to take control of a Championship match and was in charge of London Irish against Nottingham this weekend.
Cox could be given a run out in the top flight before the end of the season if she continues to make similar progress to the last 12 months.
