Richards: Woeful first half cost us

DEAN Richards claimed he had not seen his Newcastle team defend as badly for a “very long time” in a dreadful first half.
The Newcastle boss said: “Defensively we were woeful in the first half and some huge errors from a few individuals cost us.
“We turned it around in the second half which we won 14-9 but we are disappointed we did not come away with a little bit more than a bonus point.
