JERSEY Reds began preparations for the new season with a solid win over opposition from the French second-tier.
The Island hosts gained revenge for a 38-14 defeat in Brittany 12 months against Vannes, who finished 10th in the final Pro D2 table last season. Fly-half Brett Herron was among the Reds’ debutants to impress at the Stade Santander International.
