WITH two wins and a narrow loss at Wasps to finish the season, Saints interim coach Alan Dickens said: “Ninth is not where we want to be but we talked about getting some confidence and belief going and we’re pleased today.
“It was a sticky start and we were masters of our own downfall early on, but credit to the players and I thought Ben Foden was fantastic.”
Dickens’s future has yet to be decided. He added: “I’ve got a year left on my contract and things will be finalised in the not too distant future.”
