Kempson has eye on West’s job

FORMER Northampton prop Robbie Kempson is keen to return Franklin’s Gardens next season to replace forwards coach Dorian West.
Saints have already announced that West is leaving the club in the summer as Chris Boyd wants to bring his own men into the club.
Former Springbok prop Kempson ended his career in East Midlands after moving across the Irish Sea with Alan Solomons from Ulster.
But he was hit by injuries and was released after just a season and went into coaching.
