WASPS boss Dai Young hopes Kyle Eastmond will make a quick recovery from a head injury sustained when making a try-saving tackle on Sinoti Sinoti.
Eastmond was enjoying an impressive comeback after returning to fitness following an Achilles’ tendon injury last season.
Young said he had been taken off for a mandatory head injury assessment.
He added: “I thought Kyle had a tremendous 40 minutes. He made that tackle and took a bump to the head and it was right and proper that he went off. He’s not too bad.” Young paid tribute to Eastmond’s powers of recovery. &ldq...
