MANU Tuilagi’s latest knee injury, which requires surgery and will keep him out of action for three months, puts the biggest question mark over his career so far. The injury, which the Leicester centre sustained in the season opener against Bath at Welford Road last weekend, continues a litany of mishaps which has left him on the sidelines for much of the past three seasons.
