Medics aid for choking Catrakilis

QUINS director of rugby John Kingston said his team’s medics had to react quickly when Demetri Catrakilis started to struggle to breathe early in the first half.
“He will probably stay in hospital overnight. He got a shoulder in the throat and was struggling to breath, his throat wasn’t clearing which alarmed the medics a little.
“The bottom line is that when you get a blockage like that you need to react very quickly. He stood up a bit but needs to be checked out. It’s far to early to speculate about possible time out.”
