A POWERFUL second-half surge gave Leicester’s huge support a glimpse of the success they crave.
This victory sets up a Twickenham final and the likely prospect of 10,000 rugby-hungry fans being allowed to attend if restrictions are lifted as hoped.
The win also adds to Leicester’s rich European history and brings a first final since they lost in the Champions Cup to Leinster in 2008-09.
This time it may only be in the secondary Challenge Cup but for their big following this semi-final win will be viewed that things are getting back on track.
