TOM Youngs issued a rallying call to the big Tigers squad to “stick to the game plan” and more success like this win will follow.

Leicester needed a try from their captain plus the second-half intervention of his brother Ben, and George Ford, to complete a bonus-point win over defiant Brive.
The England half-backs provided the match-winning guile after the interval, the scrum-half scoring one of three tries while Ford collected ten points from four kicks.
