Sad Irish are thumped again after slow start leaves them playing catch-up

IRISH are in danger of finishing bottom of their European pool after slumping to yet another dismal loss in France.
The visitors were alwaysplaying catch up after trailing early, and their bid to show some Challenge Cup heart and spirit failed to get off the ground with Bayonne controlling the game throughout at Stade Jean- Dauger.
