EDDIE Jones has secured more pre-World Cup training/ playing access to his England squad than any national coach before him, and given his side’s undulations in form – with numerous peaks and troughs over the last two years – he needs it.
Jones will have almost 60 days with his squad between June 23 and September 8. This includes two training camps in Treviso with a combined length of three weeks, and training weeks before the four warm-up Tests – against Wales, twice, and Ireland in August, and Italy in early September.
