WELSH regions will start making offers to the players they want to retain for next season at the start of February following talks with the Welsh Rugby Union.
The WRU are ending dual national contracts which means that the regions are having to fund deals themselves instead of it being done on a 60- 40 split.
One of the first players who will be in demand is Worcester Warriors winger Josh Adams, left, who has been courted by the Scarlets and Cardiff Blues.
