BATH are looking to end their search for a new fly-half by lining up a dramatic move for former All Black star Aaron Cruden.
Bath director of rugby Todd Blackadder moved for Cruden after missing out on Springbok star Handré Pollard, who turned down a move to the Rec to stay with the Blue Bulls.
Cruden has been playing in France for Montpellier since 2017 when he opted to end his 50-cap All Black career, which saw him win a World Cup eight years ago.
