YORKSHIRE coach James Lowes praised the attitude of his players after overcoming a Dragons side who fought until the death.
Tries from Harry Newborn, Harry Robinson, Darren Atkins and a hattrick from Chris Elder inspired the home side and Lowes said: “I was pleased with the team, the boys that came in did a fantastic job.
“I felt we thoroughly deserved the result against a Welsh side who were never going to give up.”
