KENT continued their defence of the Bill Beaumont Cup with victory over Cornwall at Charlton Park, despite being reduced to 12 men for the latter stages of the game.
Kent’s director of rugby Taff Gwilliam said: “It was brilliant, it shows the character of the side. We won the tournament for the first time in 97 years last year and we’re very keen to retain it.”
