Cornwall were pushed all the way by a valiant Somerset side with Sam Stevens’ try in the dying moments of the game finally sealing the win for the reigning County Champions.
Somerset kicked off playing down the slope towards the massed ranks in Hellfire corner and enjoyed some good early phases of possession.
Having made a slow start Cornwall came back into it, they had good field position from which they launched a good maul which Somerset brought to ground illegally.
