YORKSHIRE and Huddersfield winger Tom Hodson praised his team as the White Rose County edged arch rivals Lancashire to deny them a Bill Beaumont Cup final berth.
Tries from Hodson and outside centre James Tincknell plus 16 points from the boot of Lewis Minikin proved to be enough to win for Jon Feeley’s men, after what was a toothless display from Mark Nelson’s Lancashire – who saw a finals spot slip from their grasp.
