THE perfect summer’s day ended in disappointment for Cheshire as they were losers to an efficient and lightning quick Yorkshire side.
Both Lewis Minken and Simon Frewin bagged two tries which Cheshire simply could not keep up with.
It took only two minutes for Cheshire to open the scoring with Charlie Venables, who had absolutely no right to catch Tom Morton’s chip into the corner, putting Cheshire five points to the good.
