CORNWALL president Peter James says the Duchy “will be celebrating from Land’s End to the Tamar” if they win an historic hat-trick at Twickenham today.
Cornwall are looking to become only the second county to do a treble of County Championship titles this century and the southern pool winners face a resurgent Lancashire, who they beat in the final two years ago.
