Debut delight: Peter Symonds’ College

PETER Symonds College put their demons behind them to win their first ever girls U18 Rosslyn Park National 7s Cup title.
Having lost to Newman College in both of the last two finals, it’s a testament to the strength of the rugby programme at the Winchester sixth form college that they could permeate age groups and reach another final. They were no doubt glad to see Newman’s transition into the ACE competition, and capitalised emphatically with a Hereford sixth form 34-12 in the final.
