A HUGELY entertaining game saw two sides in the top half of the table share 80 points but it was the home side who gained the lion’s share.
Worthing wasted no time with winger Curtis Barnes crossing for the first of his three scores in the opening minute. Full-back Matt Mclean converted the first of five successful kicks.
A scintillating first quarter saw home winger Thomas Bowen sin-binned and TJs’ Tom White convert the three points before Mclean responded with a penalty of his own.
