Winger Christian Hooper flew over for the first, before a cracking effort from centre Will Smith – profiting from a brilliant Will Hodgson break. Hooper added his second, picking up the pieces after flanker Matt Adcock had blasted a hole in the Luctonians defence for 21-0.
