LEAGUE-leaders Exeter University took a giant leap towards promotions as they recorded an incredible 62-46 bonus-point victory against secondplace Hornets at Topsham Sports Ground.
The hosts, who have now won six of their last seven, ran in nine tries with full-back Benjy Joseland scoring four tries in a man of the match display. Other scorers included a brace from winger Kofi Barton-Byfield with Kian Gentry, Max Courtis and James Botterill running in single tries. Their tally was completed by 17 points from Josh Barton’s boot.
