YSTRAD Rhondda maintained their 100 per cent winning record as they thrashed Cardiff Met 34-7 in the Championship Cup.
The valleys side have already qualified for the play-offs and will take plenty of confidence into the next round. They scored five tries in total with captain Nathan Hughes scoring a brace, while Cole Morgan, Ethan Fackrell, and Jason Waters also touched down.
