CARDIFF Met made it four straight wins to move up into third in the Championship after seeing off Narberth 34-7 on the 3G at Cyncoed.
Morgan Nelson was at the double for Dan Milton’s side with Tom Morgan, Ethyn Baker and Brad Roderick- Evans also going over. Evan Lloyd kicked three conversions and a penalty. It was the only Championship fixture to beat the weather.
In One East, undefeated leaders Newbridge struck a big blow in the title race as they sent champions Brecon to a first league loss of the season.
