Four-some Howley in seventh heaven with rout

EDD Howley scored four tries to make it seven in two games as Cardiff secured a bonus-point win. Cardiff made a blistering start with full-back Howley showing tremendous footwork for the first and third tries, with wing Llywarch ap Myrddin touching down in the righthand corner in between.
Bargoed hit back when Ashley Norton powered his way over off the back of a powerful driving lineout and the hosts began to apply pressure, with Cardiff wing Morgan Griffiths sent to the sin-bin for a deliberate knock-on.
