PONTYPOOL powered to a 12th win from as many games in the WRU National Championship, running out convincing 45-6 home victors over Beddau.
Joel Mahoney scored a try in either half for Pooler, with Kieran Meek, Jordan Thomas, Aaron Coundley, Martin Luckwell and replacement Cameron Watson-Boycott also getting on the scoresheet.
YstradRhonddamoved back into second spot after they won 18-12 at Trebanos to take advantage of Cardiff Met’s 31-10 defeat at Newcastle Emlyn.
