ONLY one point separated the two teams before they ran out at the Brewery Field and Bridgend certainly had a point to prove after being ‘nilled’ by Cardiff in last week’s 36-0 home horror show.
For their part, Bedwas were seeking their first win of the month after back-toback defeats and three first-half tries settled their nerves.
