BOURNEMOUTH maintained their lead in the South West Premier after running out 27-14 winners over Drybrook.
The visitors, who had won seven from seven going into Saturday’s tie, started on the front foot and Adam Higgins stole the ball early on to run over a try in the opening minutes.
However, Drybrook have held their own in the South West Premier this season and replied with two tries, one of which was converted to take a 14-5 lead.
Bournemouth soon responded and Gianluca Firetton ran over a converted score to bring them back within two points.
