A CLINICAL Pontypridd side put Swansea to the sword with a five-try victory at a wind-swept St Helen’s. They took the lead when Lloyd Evans rose high to take the line-out and a powerful rolling maul allowed Rhys Shellard to power over for a try.
A missed tackle by Dale Stuckey on Ryan Griffiths almost proved costly as the winger raced towards the line, but a high tackle brought an end to the move.
